Do to the nature of our business and the safety of our customers ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We understand that sometimes a product might not give you the experience you hoped for but consuming cannabis comes with that risk. We do our best to educate our customers before they make their purchase but sometimes people get too high or not high enough and want to return the product. Unfortunately we cant accommodate for everyone and their tolerance experiences.
We do not take returns with the exception there is something wrong with your product. Please call or email us and we can discuss what to do next but this has to happen within 7 days from purchase.
Shipping delays are not our fault. We usually get things out same day or at the latest next day but USPS sometimes has delays out of our control. Once a product is returned to us or there is proof it didn't arrive to you, we will ship out another product.
